Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of CoachConnect2U, a communications and messaging application for coaches, managers, and parents to coordinate youth sports teams. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

CoachConnect2U provides team messaging, schedules, and related coordination tools. You are responsible for the content you post and for inviting only people who belong on your roster.

Acceptable use — zero tolerance

Because CoachConnect2U is a communications and messaging app used by sports communities that often include families and minors, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for misuse.

Any misuse of the service is prohibited. This includes, without limitation: foul or vulgar language; harassment or abusive behavior; hate speech; racial targeting or discrimination; threats; stalking; doxxing; sexual content; exploitation; grooming; or any attempt to target, contact, solicit, or harm minors through the app.

Underage targeting of any kind will not be tolerated. We will investigate credible reports, suspend or terminate offending accounts, preserve relevant records as appropriate, and report findings to law enforcement or other authorities when warranted.

Foul, vulgar, abusive, racially targeted, or otherwise discriminatory messaging will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban, and may be reported to authorities where required or appropriate.

Your responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure and use only accurate account information. Comply with all applicable laws. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with other users’ safety or privacy. If you are a coach, manager, or parent inviting others, only add people who have a legitimate role with your team.

Reporting and enforcement

Report suspected violations to support@coachconnect2u.com. We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities. We are not obligated to monitor all communications, but we may review content when investigating reports or protecting users.

Accounts and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, or risk to users. You may stop using the service at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion from support.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for user-generated content posted by others on your teams.
