CoachConnect2U (“CoachConnect,” “we,” “us”) provides a team communications and messaging app for coaches, managers, and parents. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account and profile details you provide, such as name, email address, password or other sign-in credentials, profile photo, and onboarding information.

Team and roster information, including group membership, roles (for example coach or parent), invite codes, and kids’ names you choose to associate with a team when required.

Messages, schedule events, and other content you create or share in the app.

Device and technical data needed to run the service, such as push notification tokens, basic device type, and authentication session data.

How we use information

To operate CoachConnect2U: authenticate you, deliver team messaging and schedule features, send notifications you enable, and keep the service secure. To support teams and troubleshoot issues you report to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Team content (such as messages and schedule items) is visible to other members of the relevant team according to product permissions. We use trusted service providers to host, authenticate, store, and deliver the app. They process data only to provide those services for us. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users, including reporting serious misuse or illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Retention and security

We retain account and team data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your account by contacting support. We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children and families

CoachConnect2U is intended for adults who organize or support youth sports teams (coaches, managers, and parents/guardians). It is not directed at children as account holders. Parents and guardians are responsible for how they share information about minors on their roster.

Advertising

CoachConnect2U may show third-party advertisements (for example Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob in the mobile app) to help support the product. Ad partners may collect or receive device and usage information according to their own policies, such as approximate location, device identifiers, and interaction with ads. We configure ads with family-appropriate content ratings where available. You can limit ad personalization through your device or browser settings and Google’s ad settings.
